On February 15th 2018 at BIOFACH Congress, CORE ORGANIC has organised a session titled "European research meets organic food processing at eye level".
The host, ERA-NET CORE Organic, is a consortium of public funding bodies from more than 20 EU countries that has been funding research on organic food processing over ten years. They invite representatives from food manufacturing, trade organizations and research to present and discuss (i) challenges of the organic food sector, and (ii) how transnational research could contribute to the solutions. One of the invited speakers to this event is Nikola Schulz, Coordinator of SUSFOOD2 ERA-Net.
